Distance Contract

1. Contract Subject

   This distance contract is concluded between: SIA "Pro Web Works", Reg. No. 40103538406, legal address Rīgas iela 14, Ogre, LV-5001, Latvia and User — a person who registers on the platform and makes a purchase. The service provider provides a platform where the user can create their online school and create content (courses, materials, etc.). All functions and paid services are provided only in electronic format.

2. Contract Validity

   The distance contract comes into effect when the user registers on the platform and/or purchases a paid service.

3. Service Description and Pricing

   The platform's paid services (subscriptions, additional features, etc.) are detailed in the user profile. All prices are indicated in EUR including VAT.

4. Payment

   Payment for the SelfGrow subscription and add-ons is made electronically via Stripe directly to the Service Provider.

   If the User uses the platform’s payment integrations (Stripe Connect, PayPal, Montonio, EveryPay, etc.) to accept payments from their own customers, SelfGrow acts only as a technical integrator. Such payments are processed on the User’s account with the relevant payment provider. The User alone is responsible for those payments, taxes, refunds and disputes; the Service Provider is not the seller in those transactions.

5. Right of Withdrawal

   In accordance with Articles 10 and 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet Regulation No. 255, the user has the right to withdraw from the service within 14 days from the contract conclusion date:

   • By canceling the subscription in your profile;
   • If the service has not been fully used, a full or partial refund will be made according to the company's refund policy;
   • Refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request. Important: the right of withdrawal cannot be used if the service has been fully used before the end of the withdrawal period.

6. Contract Duration and Termination

   The contract is valid for an indefinite period or until the end of the subscription. The user has the right to terminate the use of the service at any time using the profile section.

7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

   In accordance with the Consumer Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution Law:

   • The user can submit a complaint in writing to the Service Provider at info@selfgrow.me;
   • Or contact the Consumer Rights Protection Center (www.ptac.gov.lv).
