General Provisions
This refund policy applies to all paid services purchased on the platform that provides users with the ability to create their own online schools and offer digital content. All products and services are provided electronically only.

Right of Withdrawal (14-day period)
In accordance with Articles 10 and 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet Regulations No. 255 of May 20, 2014, natural persons (consumers) have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the moment of service purchase, if the service has not yet been fully used.

Refund Procedure
To receive a refund, the user must submit a withdrawal request:
- access to paid features will be terminated;
- the refund amount will be calculated taking into account the usage time or activated features;
- we process the refund within 14 calendar days to the same payment method that the user used for the purchase.

Proportional Refund
If the service usage has already begun, the refund is made proportionally to the unused period, unless complete service consumption is detected.
For example: If a subscription is purchased for 30 days, but withdrawal is submitted on the 5th day — a proportional amount is refunded.

Exceptions and Dispute Cases
The platform reserves the right not to refund funds if the following violations are detected:
- malicious use of the account;
- content download before withdrawal;
- access transfer to third parties.
In accordance with Article 14 of the Consumer Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution Law, in case of disputes, the user has the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Center (www.ptac.gov.lv).
